Our Ironman 70.3 bike training plan is developed specifically target the bike portion of a half Ironman. Our 18 week bike plan helps to improve your speed and power on the bike. This plan is fitted around your already planned swim and run training schedule. Depending on what part of the season you are in will depend on the structure of the workouts.
