We use Trainingpeaks as our coaching platform. Which means, your training is accessible from any computer or mobile phone. All training plans are written following an ATP (annual training plan layout) and structured for you only.

We are different, that is why we provide 7 days a week unlimited support. We want to see you succeed and develop in your running, so we are available through WhatsApp, Skype, email and various social media platforms. Making it easy for you to stay in contact with your coach.
