It’s not unusual for people to look at a celebrity or a prominent figure and think “I want to look like them”. You probably don’t care what it takes, what you have to do, or what you have to do…you just know that you want what they have.

That’s exactly what inspired the ZYZZ workout & transformation – whether it’s out of respect for ZYZZ or envy, people have been trying this workout plan to sculpt their bodies just like ZYZZ sculpted his from scrawny high school kid to Greek god.

This is your guide to the ZYZZ workout & transformation, including benefits, how to get started, before and after, and more!

ZYZZ Workout

ZYZZ Workout – A Complete Guide

Forget about what the ZYZZ workout is, you might be asking yourself, who even is ZYZZ? And how was he so famous and popular to have a whole workout routine dedicated to him? The answer is a tale that demonstrates the power of personality and the power of personality.

Aziz Shavershian was born in Moscow, Russia. His mother was a cardiologist, and his elder brother was a bodybuilder, but otherwise, Aziz lived a normal life.

His family moved to Australia when he was just 4 years old, and he stayed here for the rest of his life, eventually pursuing a degree in business and Commerce at the University of West Sydney.

Aziz was a pretty skinny kid, and some would go as far as to call him scrawny during his time in college. Inspired by his older brother, Said Shavershian, Aziz started to become interested in fitness and training.

Aziz’s ambition soon changed from humble businessman to bodybuilder supreme. His initial motivation for getting fit was to pick up girls, but eventually, this changed into something more as Aziz developed his online identity and became ZYZZ.

ZYZZ became the face of bodybuilding in Australia and developed a brand, products, sponsorships, and a dedicated cult following. He was credited with starting the “aesthetics” movement among young males in Australia, inspiring thousands to pursue the path to peak fitness as he did.

Sadly, ZYZZ passed away in 2011 from a heart attack and complications of an undiagnosed heart condition. His death sent waves through the worldwide bodybuilding community, and people paid tribute in their ways…including, keeping his memory alive through the ZYZZ workout.

ZYZZ Transformation – What to Expect?

Just like the ZYZZ transformation that Aziz himself underwent, the ZYZZ workout will give anyone who’s dedicated enough similar results.

The workout is ideal for people who have a low body fat%, but a lean and skinny build. The ZYZZ workout will be a struggle if what you’re trying to do is just burn fat, but if your goal is to go from 0 to hero and build muscle, the ZYZZ workout might just be right for you.

One of the key points about ZYZZ and his transformation though is that it wasn’t just his body that changed – ZYZZ himself transformed from a kind of nerdy, skinny teen to a confident, lovable, and life-of-the-party kind of guy.

That’s the thing about gaining muscle and developing a physique; it gives you the confidence to become the person you’ve always wanted to be. That’s what it did for ZYZZ, and that’s what the ZYZZ workout can do for you too.

ZYZZ Diet Plan – Getting Started

The ZYZZ workout alone won’t get you to your goals – it needs to be followed along with the ZYZZ diet plan for the max gains. You can’t eat junk, do the bare minimum workout, and expect to wake up in a week and look like Adonis.

The ZYZZ diet plan focuses on 5 key rules:
– No Fast Food
– No Sweets
– No Sugar
– No Soft Drinks
– Only drink water and green tea

What the diet DOES allow (and recommend) is a lot of protein, through meat, eggs, and fish. You should also consider supplements such as protein shakes.

ZYZZ Leg Workout

So, as part of the ZYZZ workout routine, you do leg exercises on Tuesday. While you’re on the plan, this is your new ‘leg day’. We all know why you should never skip leg day already, but here’s the opinion of ZYZZ himself on the ZYZZ leg workout:

It sucks.

Seriously ZYZZ himself is on record saying how much he hated leg day. But he still never skipped it, else he would have ended up built like a spoon – swole on the top, skinny on the bottom.

The exercises in the ZYZZ leg workout are pretty simple and easy to do (probably because ZYZZ wanted to make them as easy as possible), and they also will be great for the other areas of your body – another reason that even when you’re not feeling it, and you know you’ll hardly be able to walk the next day, you shouldn’t skip leg day.

ZYZZ Workout – Closing Thoughts

That’s the full breakdown of the ZYZZ workout – this is the method that ZYZZ himself practiced on his road to becoming a bodybuilding superstar, and even though he’s unfortunately no longer with us, his memory lives on through the impact he and his routine have made in our lives.
