Our 8 week half Ironman training plan is for the athlete that needs guidance in the later stages of their race preparation. With race specific workouts and micro blocks will help bring up your form for race day. This 8 week half Ironman training plan is built around your current fitness and previous workouts, then carefully built together to get the most out of your training leading up to your goal half Ironman. This program is not suited for beginners but for triathletes that have a good period of training up to 8 weeks before their race.

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
