If you are looking to loose weight and keep it off our 18 week running plan for weight loss will take you through a proven method of lowering your weight safe and easily without restricting your diet. Our running weight loss plans takes you from a complete beginner to be able to run 4-6 days per week safely. This is a safe, easy training plan that can help you loose weight while enjoying the benefits of running. During this plan we provide recommendations on nutrition and calorie intake if necessary. Expect this plan to have you running 30 minutes non stop after 4 weeks and 1 hour after 8 weeks. During this period weight loss relatively low but during the 8-18 week of the training plan you can expect to see constant weight loss each week.

This training plan is based around consistency and patience and WILL provide positive results and keep the weight off.

Full details are provided for each workout. Our workouts are also available to be exported to Zwift, Garmin, Suunto and other platforms.

TRAINING ZONES

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
