If you are looking to improve your time around the 300km course with structured, efficient, and specific training this plan is for you. We help you break your 9 hour goal by structuring key workouts to improve your fitness and power. You should have experience in completing Vätternrundan in under 11 hours when purchasing this training plan.

Once we have had our free consultation, our coaching will begin the training plan and deliver it to you within 12 hours.

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
