The 12 week threshold cycling plan is developed around just that, increasing your threshold power. Structured workouts based on your training zones and specific workouts designed to increase your threshold power. Designed for the cyclist that wants a higher threshold power or the time trialist, triathlete or duathlete looking to improve their cycling. Pair this with our race plan and you have 20 weeks structure that will transform your cycling fitness.

Once we have had our free consultation, our coaching will begin the training plan and deliver it to you within 12 hours.

EASY TO UNDERSTAND

Full details are provided for each workout. Our workouts are also available to be exported to Zwift, Garmin, Suunto and other platforms.

TRAINING ZONES

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
