TRAINING PLAN

Our 8-week sprint duathlon training plan (5 km run, 20 km bike, 2.5 km run) is for the first time competitor that wants a little longer than our 4-week plan to train. Designed to help you train for bike/run format and get you to the event fit and healthy with some fitness improvement. Easy to understand workouts and training intensity set by heart rate or RPE (rating of perceived exertion). You will be able to compete and finish your first sprint distance duathlon in 8 weeks.
