Over 16 weeks, we prepare you for the mountainous 7-day event with a mixture of Long rides, FTP workouts, V02 max sessions, and tempo rides. All these sessions will help improve your climbing and overall power output.

During the 16 week program, we strategically place in some micro blocks to help you prepare for the back-to-back stages.

All training is based on time available and current fitness. No matter your level we will get you to the event in tip-top shape and ready to conquer those mountain passes.
