Our 12 week 5k booster training plan is designed for the experienced runner looking to set a new personal best time. Suitable for runners that run under 18 minutes or the experienced runner looking to move up in distance. Our training plan will excel your running through specific workouts and periodization. Our key workouts and structure will also see you drop times from other distances, such as the 3k and 10k distances.

Full details are provided for each workout. Our workouts are also available to be exported to Zwift, Garmin, Suunto and other platforms.

TRAINING ZONES

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
