Our 12 week 10km booster training plan is designed for the experienced runner looking to set a new personal best time. Suitable for runners running under 36 minutes for 10k, Our plan is developed around specific 10k workouts and periodization up to your event. Key workouts and mileage will help you not only run faster over 10k, but other distances as well.

Our training plan zones are based around your past data and using heart rate, speed and/or power. If you don’t have any past data our plan will be based on perceived exertion.
