Our Story

Our Head coach Graeme has represented New Zealand in Running and Multisport. He has coached athletes to the World Championships and Olympics. He has also picked up numerous results with his clients, from Swedish and Nordic Championship titles, to Medals in the African Games. He looks after a range of athletes from complete beginners up to Olympic and Professional Athletes around the World.

We have been coaching athletes all around the world for the past 10 years and currently look after around 50 athletes spread around Sweden, Norway, UK, Australia, America and New Zealand.

Suitable for all levels

We use Training Peaks as a coaching platform and is accessible from any computer or mobile phone. All Programs are written in 4-week blocks following an ATP (annual training plan layout).
We have 3 Levels of Endurance Coaching Programs, which are delivered online through Trainingpeaks. Our Coaches are available 7 days a week to answer questions on training or products.

We have a diverse portfolio with a wealth of knowledge through each sport and their training methods that we apply to the training programs
